When Julia informed me that Alex has his pilot’s license and was wondering if we could take the plane down the tarmac for a few photos, my answer was a resounding YES! Once upon a time I had a dream of flying and the whole notion is still very romantic to me. Not to mention what a fun prop for a photo shoot. Our airport adventure was followed up by a 4×4 drive up the backside of Aspen Mountain which was rewarded with insane views and a perfect summer sunset. Julia and Alex did not skimp on the adventure packed into this engagement shoot.
