Once upon a time, I spent four years in grad school on the east coast. I was completely depressed so I ate A LOT. I consider it the beginning of my food education. Eating at one of Dan Barber's restaurants was always on my bucket list, but I never made it there while on the East Coast. When Lauren told me she was planning her wedding at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York, my stomach did a little leap for joy.
Lauren's choice of venue was only the first of many great style choices to come. When I saw her Reem Acra dress, I nearly fell over. Spring was just beginning to peak out in New York for Lauren and David's wedding, however you would have no idea it was not in full swing by the amount of amazing spring bulbs and blooms brought indoors by Fox Fodder Farm. I am so in love with the intact bulbs used to decorate the tables and how about that hall of cherry blossoms?
